Building on the success of Tunisia-Germany social partners quartet exchange (UGTT - DGB - UTICA - BDA) organized in the framework of SOLiD 1, an exchange programme will be implemented with the support and involvement of the regional Euromed social partners (BusinessEurope, AHK, ETUC, GIZ, FES, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung) and the UfM.
It consists in study visits devoted to the Southern social partners and their EU homologues recognized for their outstanding experience in social dialogue. The Countries as well as the social partners’ organisations will be selected after a call of interest. A balance will be respected among pilot and new target countries.
The exchange programme is composed of 3 study visits dedicated to the representatives of the Trade Unions and Employers to the EU target countries.
