In the context of the Pilot Project for the Promotion of Social Dialogue in the Southern Mediterranean Neighbourhood – SOLiD, the Arab NGO Network for Development ANND was held a workshop at the premises of the Jordanian Women’s Union, in Amman, Jordan, on 19 and 20 February 2018, with 25 participants representing Jordanian CSOs, CBOs from various regions, and local independent unions.
The discussion was based on the draft of the common working ground between Trade Unions and Business. It was divided into several thematic sessions covering the components of the draft and aimed to provide NGO and other CSO input on the themes covered by the draft, in preparation for the drafting of the social dialogue charter.
The workshop came out with several recommendations related to the tackled themes, in addition to identifying several indicators that could be used to measure progress
