On 7 and 8 July 2017, The Arab NGO Network for Development organised a 2-day workshop on social dialogue in Morocco. The event fell within the framework of the Pilot Project for the Promotion of Social Dialogue in the Southern Mediterranean Neighbourhood- SOLiD, with the presence of representatives of the local civil society from Morocco.
The 2-day workshop adopted an interactive approach to get the participants more involved in the program’s sessions. The first day served as an introduction to social dialogue, its criteria and the challenges facing the establishment of a solid social dialogue and ended with exploring the steps of negotiation process.The attendees deepened their knowledge about the negotiation process during the last day through various activities and lectures.
The workshop was an opportunity for the participants to discuss the current situation of social dialogue in their country.
