Mrs. Ibtissame AZZAOUI is an international consultant on subjects related to Equality, Parity, Gender Youth , Digital Transformation, Strategic Governance, Diplomacy Public Policies Evaluation and South-South Dialogue. She is a former Member of the Moroccan Parliament, former member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and MENA’s Region Chapter Chair of the international parliamentary network UNITE.
She is a young Moroccan political leader and civil society activist with a brilliant academic and professional career.
She is a laureate of the best Moroccan and European engineering schools. She is an Engineer in IT Management, graduated from the prestigious École Centrale Paris in France. She is also preparing a PhD thesis about the Moroccan Parliamentary Diplomacy in Africa.
She has had strong professional experience in senior positions in the insurance sector in Europe.
Mrs. AZZAOUI is founder and also member of some important international NGOs and actively involved in several social and cultural projects in Morocco and abroad.
Mrs. Ibtissame AZZAOUI is passionate about being a voice and advocate for people that are voiceless and developing a generation of young leaders that advocate and champion causes related to Gender Equality, Youth, Education and Sustainable Development.
She deeply believes that a society will never flourish and be positively transformed if it doesn’t empower its women and youth.
Mrs. AZZAOUI is often asked in Morocco and abroad to give lectures on topics related to leadership, youth and women's issues and sustainable development.
